    •တစ်ရက်ကို ၉၉ ကျပ်နှုန်းနဲ့ စာရင်းသွင်းရပါမယ်။ 

    •ကိုယ်ယူထားတဲ့သက်တမ်းအတွင်းမှာ ဗီဒီယိုတွေကို အကန့်အသတ်မရှိကြည့်နိုင်ပါမယ်။ 

    4. ဘယ်သူတွေ အသုံးပြုနိုင်မှာလဲ။

    Application ထဲရှိ Menu bar ရဲ့ ဘေးမှာရှိသော မိမိ၏အကောင့်တွင် "ပယ်ဖျက်မည်" ကိုနှိပ်ပြီး စာရင်းပယ်ဖျက်ခြင်းကိုပြုလုပ်နိုင်ပါတယ်။ သို့မဟုတ် 8989 သို့ OFF ဟု ပေးပို့၍လည်း ဝန်ဆောင်မှုကို ရပ်တန့်နိုင်ပါတယ်။ 

    6. အခုသုံးနေတဲ့ဟန်းဆက်နဲ့ပဲ ဒီဗီဒီယိုတွေကို ကြည့်လို့ရမှာလား။

    6. Can I watch these videos with my current handset? 

    • Yes. The following points must be met: 
    Your handset has an internet-enabled phone, Must be a video capable phone. You can check it in the handset manual.

    7. How long does it take to register?

    ၃.၁ ပရိုမိုးရှင်းကာလသည် ၂၀၁၉ စက်တင်ဘာလ (၁) ရက်နေ့မှ၂၀၁၉ ဒီဇင်ဘာ (၃၁) ရက်နေ့အထိဖြစ်ပါသည်။
    ၃.၂ ပရိုမိုးရှင်းတွင်ပါဝင်ကံစမ်းနိုင်ရန် သင်အနေဖြင့် BIG9 ဝန်ဆောင်မှု ကို ပရိုမိုးရှင်းကာလအတွင်း စာရင်းပေးသုံးစွဲရမည်။ 
    ၄။ ပါဝင်ကံစမ်းနိုင်သူများ
    ၄.၁ ဤပရိုမိုးရှင်းကို အနည်ဆုံး အသက်တစ်ဆယ့်ခြောက်နှစ်(၁၆)နှစ်နှင့် အထက်ရှိပြီး (MPT SIM အသုံးပြု နေသည့်) မှတ်ပုံတင်ထားသော MPT သုံးစွဲသူများအတွက်သာ ရည်ရွယ်ပါသည်။ 
    ၄.၂ MPTနှင့်တိုက်ရိုက်ပတ်သက်သည်ဖြစ်စေ၊ မပတ်သက်သည်ဖြစ်စေMPT အတွက်လုပ်ကိုင်နေသော ပုဂ္ဂိုလ်တစ်ဦးဦး သို့မဟုတ် အဖွဲ့အစည်းများ သို့မဟုတ်MPT၏ ဝန်ထမ်းများ(မိသားစုနှင့်ဆွေမျိုးများ အပါအဝင်)ပရိုမိုးရှင်းတွင် ပါဝင်ကံစမ်းခွင့်မရှိပါ။
    ၅။ ဈေးကွက်ရှာဖွေခြင်းနှင့် အရောင်းမြှင့်တင်ခြင်း
    MPT အနေဖြင့် ကံစမ်းမဲအစီအစဉ်အတွက် လိုအပ်သော သို့မဟုတ် ၎င်းနှင့် ကျိုးကြောင်း ဆီလျော်စွာ ဆက်စပ်သော ကိစ္စရပ်များအတွက်လည်းကောင်း၊ လူသိများစေရန်ရည်ရွယ်ချက်များ အတွက် ပါဝင် ကံစမ်းသူများ၏ဗီဒီယိုများ နှင့်/သို့မဟုတ် ရုပ်ပုံများအသုံးပြုခြင်းအပါအဝင် ဖြစ်သော်လည်းယင်းတို့ ချည်းသာဟု ကန့်သတ်မထားသော MPT ၏ ကုန်ပစ္စည်းများ သို့မဟုတ် ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများကို ဈေး ကွက်ရှာဖွေရန်၊ ကြော်ငြာရန် နှင့်/သို့မဟုတ် အရောင်းမြှင့်တင်ရန် အလို့ငှာပါဝင်ကံစမ်းသူများ၏ ကိုယ်ရေးအချက်အလက်များ ကောက်ခံခြင်း၊ အသုံးပြုခြင်း၊ ဖွင့်ဟ ထုတ်ဖော်ခြင်းနှင့် ၎င်းတို့အကြား ဝေမျှခြင်းတို့ပြုလုပ်ခြင်းနှင့် MPT၏ တရားဝင် ခွင့်ပြုထားသော ဝန်ဆောင်မှုပေးသူများနှင့်သက်ဆိုင်ရာ တတိယပုဂ္ဂိုလ်များထံ ထိုကဲ့သို့သော ကိုယ်ရေးအချက် အလက်များ ဖွင့်ဟထုတ်ဖော်ခြင်းကို ပါဝင်ကံ စမ်းသူများက သဘောတူညီပြီး ခွင့်ပြုပါသည်။

    သင်သည် MPT နှင့် ၎င်း၏ လက်အောက်ခံကုမ္ပဏီများ၊ ပူးတွဲလုပ်ငန်းဆောင်ရွက်သူ၊ အေးဂျင့်များ၊ မန်နေဂျာများ နှင့် အခြားဆက်စပ်ကုမ္ပဏီများ၊ နှင့် ၎င်းတို့၏ ဝန်ထမ်းများ၊ ကန်ထရိုက်တာများ၊ အေးဂျင့်များ၊ အရာထမ်းများ၊ ဒါရိုက်တာများအား (၁) သင်ထုတ်လွှတ်လိုက်သော သို့မဟုတ် ရရှိ သောဒေတာ သို့မဟုတ် အကြောင်းအရာတစ်ခုခုအပါအဝင် သင်၏ ပရိုမိုးရှင်းအား အသုံးပြုခြင်း နှင့် ဝင်ရောက်ခြင်း (၂) ဤတွင်ပါဝင်သော ကိုယ်စားပြုတင်ပြခြင်းများနှင့် အာမခံချက်များ တစ်ခုခုကို ချိုးဖောက်ခြင်း အပါအဝင် ယင်းတို့ချည်းသာမဟုတ်သော စည်းကမ်းချက်များ၏ စည်းကမ်းတစ်ခုခု အား ချိုးဖောက်ခြင်း (၃) ပုဂ္ဂိုလ်ဆိုင်ရာလွတ်လပ်မှု အခွင့်အရေး တစ်စုံတစ်ရာ၊ လူတစ်ဦးတစ် ယောက်၏ ကျော်ကြားမှုကိုယ်ပိုင်လက္ခဏာများအား အလွှဲသုံးစားပြုခြင်းကို ကာကွယ်သည့် အခွင့် အရေးများ (Publicity Rights) သို့မဟုတ်၊ ဉာဏပစ္စည်းဆိုင်ရာအခွင့်အရေး များ အပါအဝင် ၎င်းတို့ ချည်းသာမဟုတ်သော တတိယပုဂ္ဂိုလ်အခွင့်အရေးတစ်ခုခုကို သင့်အနေဖြင့် ချိုးဖောက်ခြင်း၊ (၄) သင်၏ ပြည်ထောင်စုသမ္မတမြန်မာနိုင်ငံတော် သို့မဟုတ် အခြားနိုင်ငံတစ်နိုင်ငံ၏ ဥပဒေ၊ နည်းဥပဒေ သို့မဟုတ် စည်းမျဉ်း တစ်ခုခုကိုချိုးဖောက်ခြင်း၊ (၅) ပရိုမိုးရှင်းမှတစ်ဆင့် သင်တင်ပြသော သို့မဟုတ် သင်ရရှိသော အချက်အလက်တစ်ခုခု၏ ရလဒ်တစ်ခုကြောင့် တောင်းဆိုမှု သို့မဟုတ် နစ်နာမှု တစ်စုံတစ်ရာဖြစ်ခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် (၆) သင်၏ဖုန်းနံပါတ်(စာရင်းသွင်းထားသည်ဖြစ်စေ၊ စာရင်းမသွင်း ထားသည်ဖြစ်စေ)၊ ဟန်းဆက်၊ သို့မဟုတ် အခြားသော ကိရိယာမှတဆင့် အခြားပုဂ္ဂိုလ်တစ်ဦး ဦး၏ ပရိုမိုးရှင်းသို့ဝင်ရောက်မှုနှင့် အသုံးပြုမှုတို့မှ ပေါ်ပေါက်လာသော တောင်းဆိုမှုများ၊ နစ်နာမှု များ၊ တာဝန်ဝတ္တရားများ၊ ဆုံးရှုံးမှုများ၊ တာဝန်ခံမှုများ၊ ကုန်ကျမှုများ သို့မဟုတ် ကြွေးမြီနှင့် အသုံးစရိတ် များ (ရှေ့နေ့ခများအပါအဝင်ဖြစ်သော်လည်း ယင်းတို့ချည်းသာဟုကန့်သတ်မထားသော) တစ်ခုခု နှင့် အားလုံးထံမှနှင့် ၎င်းတို့ကို ဆန့်ကျင်၍ ကာကွယ်ပေးရန်၊ တာဝန်ခံမှုမှ ကင်းလွတ်စေရန်နှင့် ထိခိုက်နစ်နာမှုမှ ကင်း လွတ်စေရန်သဘောတူပါသည်။
    ၇။ အာမခံချက်များ၏ မသက်ဆိုင်ကြောင်း ရှင်းလင်းချက်များနှင့် တာဝန်ခံမှုကန့်သတ်ချက် 
    ၇.၁ ပရိုမိုးရှင်းတွင်ပါဝင်သော သို့မဟုတ်ပရိုမိုးရှင်းမှတဆင့်အခြားနည်းဖြင့် သင်အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရန် ပြုလုပ်ထားသော သတင်းအချက်အလက်၊ အကြောင်းအရာ၊ အချက်အလက်များ၊ ထုတ်ကုန်များ (ဆော့ဖ်ဝဲအပါအဝင်)နှင့် အခြားသောဝန်ဆောင်မှုများကို ဤနေရာ၌ “ရှိသည့်အတိုင်း” နှင့် “ရှိနိုင် မည့်အတိုင်း” ရနိုင်သောစနစ်ဖြင့်ပံ့ပိုးခြင်းဖြစ်သည်။ MPT သည်ပရိုမိုးရှင်းလည်ပတ်ခြင်း သို့မ ဟုတ် ပရိုမိုးရှင်းတွင်ပါဝင်သော သို့မဟုတ်ပရိုမိုးရှင်းမှတဆင့် အခြားနည်းဖြင့်သင်အသုံး ပြု နိုင်ရန်ပြုလုပ်ထားသော ၎င်း၏တိကျမှုအပါအဝင်သတင်းအချက်အလက်၊ အကြောင်းအရာ၊ အချက် အလက်များ၊ ထုတ်ကုန်များ (ဆော့ဖ်ဝဲ အပါအဝင်) သို့မဟုတ်  အခြားသော ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများကို မည်သည့်အမျိုးအစားမဆိုဖြစ်သော အတိအလင်းဖြစ်စေ၊ တိုက်ရိုက် မဟုတ်သည်ဖြစ်စေ ကိုယ်စားပြု တင်ပြခြင်းများ သို့မဟုတ် အာမခံချက်များမပြုလုပ်ပါ။ သင်၏ ပရိုမိုးရှင်းအသုံးပြုမှုသည် ဖြစ်ပေါ် လာနိုင်ချေရှိသောအန္တရာယ်ကို မိမိဘာသာ တာဝန်ယူသည်ဟု အတိအလင်း သဘောတူပါသည်။ 
    ၇.၂ MPT သည်ပရိုမိုးရှင်းအသုံးပြုခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် ပရိုမိုးရှင်းတွင် ပါဝင်သော သို့မဟုတ် ပရိုမိုးရှင်းမှတဆင့်အခြားနည်းဖြင့် သင်အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရန်ပြုလုပ်ထားသော သတင်း အချက်အလက်၊ အကြောင်းအရာ၊ အချက်အလက်များ၊ ထုတ်ကုန်များ (ဆော့ဖ်ဝဲ အပါအဝင်) သို့မဟုတ် အခြားသော ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများမှ ပေါ်ပေါက်လာသော မည်သည့်အမျိုးအစားမဆိုဖြစ်သည့် တိုက်ရိုက်ဖြစ်သော၊ တိုက်ရိုက်မဟုတ်သော၊ ဆက်စပ်၍ဖြစ်သော၊ ပြစ်ဒဏ်အရဖြစ်သော နှင့်/သို့မဟုတ် အကျိုးဆက် အားဖြင့်ဖြစ်သော နစ်နာမှုများ အပါအဝင်ဖြစ်သော်လည်း ယင်းတို့ချည်းသာဟု ကန့်သတ်မထားသော နစ်နာမှုတစ်စုံ တစ်ရာအတွက် တာဝန်ခံမည်မဟုတ်ပါ။ 
    ၇.၃ သင်အနေဖြင့်ပရိုမိုးရှင်းသို့ ဝင်ရောက်ကံစမ်းရာတွင်မည်သည့်အကြောင်းအရင်းကြောင့်ဖြစ်စေ၊ ပရိုမိုးရှင်းနှင့်ဆက်စပ်၍ တိုက်ရိုက်ဖြစ်စေ၊ အကျိုးဆက်အရဖြစ်စေ ဖြစ်ပေါ်လာသော မည်သည့် သဘောသဘာဝ သို့မဟုတ် အမျိုးအစားမဆိုရှိသည့် ဆုံးရှုံးမှု၊ ထိခိုက်အနာတရဖြစ်မှု၊ ထိခိုက်မှု သို့မဟုတ် ပေးရန်တာဝန်ရှိမှုနှင့် အကျိုးဆက်များ တစ်ခုခုနှင့်အားလုံးမှ သော်လည်းကောင်း၊ MPT ကိုထိုသို့ဖြစ်နိုင်ခြေအား အသိပေးပြီးသည့်တိုင်ပရိုမိုးရှင်းတွင် ပါဝင်ကံစမ်းစဉ်အတွင်း သို့မဟုတ် ကံထူးဆုအား အသုံးပြုခံစားခြင်းမှ ပေါ်ပေါက်လာသော သို့မဟုတ် ၎င်းနှင့် ဆက်စပ်သော မည်သည့် ပုဂ္ဂိုလ်များအပေါ်မဆို ထိခိုက်အနာတရဖြစ်မှုတစ်ရပ်ရပ် သို့မဟုတ် ပိုင်ဆိုင်မှုတစ်ရပ်ရပ်အပေါ် ဖြစ်ပေါ်လာသည့်ထိခိုက်မှုတစ်ရပ်ရပ် အပါအဝင်ဖြစ်သော်လည်း ယင်းတို့ချည်းသာဟု မကန့်သတ်လျက်၎င်းတို့မှသော်လည်းကောင်း ပေါ်ပေါက်လာသောနှင့် ၎င်းတို့ကိုအကြောင်းပြုသော တောင်းခံမှု များ၊ တောင်းဆိုမှုများ၊ အခွင့်အရေးများ၊ တရားစွဲဆိုရန် အကြောင်းတို့မှ MPT အားကင်းလွတ်စေရန်နှင့် ရာသက်ပန် လွတ်ငြိမ်းစေရန် သဘော တူညီပါသည်။
    ၇.၄ သက်ဆိုင်ရာဥပဒေများမှ ခွင့်ပြုနိုင်သည့် အများဆုံးအတိုင်းအတာအလျောက် MPT သည် ရည်ရွယ် ချက်တစ်ခုအတွက် ကုန်သွယ်မှုနှင့် ရောင်းချနိုင်စွမ်း၏ တိုက်ရိုက်မဟုတ်သော အာမခံချက်များ အပါအဝင်ဖြစ်သော်လည်းယင်းတို့ချည်းသာဟုကန့်သတ်မထားသောအတိအလင်းဖော်ပြထားသည့်သို့မဟုတ် တိုက်ရိုက်မဟုတ်သည့် အာမခံချက်များအားလုံးကို မသက်ဆိုင်ကြောင်း ငြင်းဆိုပါသည်။
    ၇.၅ ပရိုမိုးရှင်းတွင်ပါဝင်သော သို့မဟုတ်ပရိုမိုးရှင်းမှတဆင့်အခြားနည်းဖြင့် သင်အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရန် ပြုလုပ်ထားသော သတင်းအချက်အလက်၊ အကြောင်းအရာ၊ အချက်အလက်များ၊ ထုတ်ကုန်များ (ဆော့ဖ်ဝဲ အပါအဝင်) သို့မဟုတ် အခြားသောဝန်ဆောင်မှုများတွင် MPT ဆာဗာများ သို့မဟုတ် MPT မှ ပို့သောအီလက်ထရောက်နစ် ဆက်သွယ်မှုများသည် ဗိုင်းရပ်များ သို့မဟုတ် အခြားသော အန္တရာယ်ရှိသည့် အစိတ်အပိုင်းများမှ ကင်းလွတ်ပါသည်ဟု MPT က အာမခံခြင်း မပြုပါ။
    ၈။ တတိယပုဂ္ဂိုလ်၏ အကြောင်းအရာ
    ပရိုမိုးရှင်းတွင် Crystal Shine Co., Ltd. အပါအဝင် တတိယပုဂ္ဂိုလ်များမှ ရရှိသော သို့မဟုတ် ၎င်းတို့က ပံ့ပိုးပေး ထားသောအကြောင်းအရာ(တတိယပုဂ္ဂိုလ်၏ အကြောင်းအရာ)တို့ ပါဝင်နိုင်ပါသည်။ သို့ဖြစ်ပါ၍အဆိုပါတတိယပုဂ္ဂိုလ်၏အကြောင်းအရာသို့မဟုတ် တတိယပုဂ္ဂိုလ်၏ အကြောင်းအရာနှင့်ဆက်စပ်သောချိတ်ဆက်ထားသည့်ဝက်ဘ်ဆိုဒ်တစ်ခုခုအတွက် MPTတွင်တာဝန်ရှိမည်မဟုတ်ပါ။ တတိယပုဂ္ဂိုလ်များ၏ သတင်းအချက်အလက်၊ ထုတ်ကုန်များ သို့မဟုတ် ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများ တစ်ခုခုအား ရည်ညွှန်းချက်သည် MPT က ထောက်ခံမှု၊ ကမကထပြုမှု သို့မဟုတ် အကြံပြုမှု မဟုတ်ပါ သို့မဟုတ် ထိုသို့သွယ်ဝိုက်ဆိုလိုခြင်းမဟုတ်ပါ။
    ၉။ အထွေထွေ
    ၉.၁ တတိယပုဂ္ဂိုလ်တစ်ဦးဦး၏ စည်းကမ်းသတ်မှတ်ချက်များသည် သက်ဆိုင်မှုရှိလျှင် ကံထူးဆုများ အပေါ် သက်ရောက်မှုရှိပါမည်။
    ၉.၂ စည်းကမ်းချက်များသည် http://mpt.com.mm/mm/about-home/terms-conditions-mm/တွင် ဖတ်ရှုနိုင်သည့် MPT ၏ အထွေထွေစည်းကမ်းသတ်မှတ်ချက်များ (“GTC”) အရဖြစ်ရပါမည်။ ဤစည်းကမ်းချက်၏ စည်းကမ်းများနှင့် GTC အကြား ပဋိပက္ခတစ်စုံတစ်ရာ ဖြစ်ပေါ်ခဲ့ပါက ဤစည်း ကမ်းချက်များ၏ စည်းကမ်းများက လွှမ်းမိုးရမည်။
    ၉.၃ စည်းကမ်းချက်များသည် ပြည်ထောင်စုသမ္မတမြန်မာနိုင်ငံတော်၏ ဥပဒေများ နှင့် တရားရုံး သို့မ ဟုတ် စီရင်ပိုင်ခွင့်ရှိသော အဖွဲ့တစ်ခုမှ ထုတ်ပြန်ထားသည့် စည်းမျဉ်း၊ အမိန့် ကြော်ငြာစာ၊ ညွှန်ကြား ချက် သို့မဟုတ် လမ်းညွှန်ချက် တစ်ခုခုအရဖြစ်ရပါမည်။ 
    ၉.၄ အကယ်၍ စည်းကမ်းချက်များ သို့မဟုတ် ၎င်းအကျုံးဝင်မှု၏ စည်းကမ်းများ ပဋိညာဉ်ပြုချက်၊ ပြဋ္ဌာန်း ချက်တစ်ခုခုအား တရားရုံးတစ်ခုခု သို့မဟုတ် စီရင်ပိုင်ခွင့်ရှိသောအဖွဲ့တစ်ခုခု သို့မဟုတ် ထို အကြောင်းအရာ နှင့်စပ်လျဉ်း၍ ဥပဒေတစ်ရပ်ရပ်မှ ဥပဒေနှင့် မကိုက်ညီခြင်း၊ တရားမဝင်ဖြစ်ခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် အာဏာမသက်ရောက်နိုင်ခြင်းအဖြစ်သတ်မှတ်ခဲ့ပါက စည်းကမ်းချက်များ၏ ကျန်ရှိသော အပိုင်း သို့မဟုတ် အဆိုပါ စည်းကမ်းများ၊ ပဋိညာဉ်ပြုချက် သို့မဟုတ် ပြဋ္ဌာန်းချက်၏ (တရားမဝင် ဖြစ်ကြောင်း သို့မဟုတ် အာဏာသက်ရောက်မှုမရှိကြောင်း သတ်မှတ်ထားသည့် ပုဂ္ဂိုလ်များမှအပ) ပုဂ္ဂိုလ်တစ်ဦးဦးနှင့် သက်ဆိုင်မှုအပေါ် သက်ရောက်မှုမရှိစေရဘဲ စည်းကမ်းချက်များ၏ ပြဋ္ဌာန်းချက် တစ်ရပ်စီသည် ဥပဒေအရခွင့်ပြုထားသော အများဆုံး အတိုင်းအတာအထိ တရားဝင်ဖြစ်ပြီး အာဏာ သက်ရောက်မှု ဆက်လက်ရှိရမည်။ 
     
    BIG9 နှစ်သစ်ကူးအစီအစဉ်အသုံးပြုခြင်းဆိုင်ရာ စည်းကမ်းချက်များ 
    ၁။ အသုံးပြုသူသည် BIG9 ဝန်ဆောင်မှုကို MPTဖုန်းနံပတ်များအသုံးပြု၍ ဝန်ဆောင်မှု ရယူထားရမည်ဖြစ်သည်။
    ၂။ မှတ်ပုံတင်ထားသောMPTအသုံးပြုသူများ (MPT ဆင်းမ်ကဒ်အသုံးပြုသူ)၊ အနည်းဆုံး အသက် တစ်ဆယ့်ခြောက်နှစ်ပြည့်ပြီးသောမြန်မာနိုင်ငံသားများနှင့် BIG9 ဝန်ဆောင်မှုကိုရယူထားသောသူများ(အသစ်/အဟောင်း)သည်ဤအထူးအစီအစဉ် တွင်ပါဝင်နိုင်ပါသည်။
    ၃။ အသုံးပြုသည် ပရိုမိုးရှင်းကာလအတွင်း ဝန်ဆောင်မှုအား အနည်းဆုံး(၇)ကြိမ် အောင်မြင်စွာ ပေးချေထားရမည် ဖြစ်ပြီး ဆုရွေးချယ်သည့် အချိန်တွင် ဝန်ဆောင်မှုအား အသုံးပြုနေဆဲဖြစ်ရမည်။
    ၄။ ပရိုမိုးရှင်းကာလသည် ၂၀၁၉ စက်တင်ဘာလ (၁) ရက်နေ့မှ၂၀၁၉ ဒီဇင်ဘာ (၃၁) ရက်နေ့အထိ ဖြစ်ပြီး ပရိုမိုးရှင်းကာလဖြစ်သည်။
    ၅။ ကံထူးရှင်များအား ပရိုမိုးရှင်းကာလ ပြီးဆုံးသောအခါ မဲနှိုက်ရွေးချယ်ပေးသွားမည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။  ဆုများမှာ အောက်ပါအတိုင်းဖြစ်သည်။
     - ရွှေ (၁) ကျပ်သားဆု (၁) ဆု
    - Samsung Note 10 ဖုန်း (၁) လုံး
    - MPT ငွေဖြည့်ကဒ်(၃၀၀၀) ကျပ်တန် (၅၀) ဆု

    ၇။ MPT နှင့်တိုက်ရိုက်ပတ်သက်သည်ဖြစ်စေ၊ မပတ်သက်သည်ဖြစ်စေ MPTအတွက် လုပ်ကိုင်နေသော ပုဂ္ဂိုလ်တစ်ဦးဦး သို့မဟုတ်အဖွဲ့အစည်းများ သို့မဟုတ် မိသားစုနှင့်ဆွေမျိုးများအပါအဝင် MPT၏ ဝန်ထမ်းများ ပရိုမိုးရှင်း တွင်ပါဝင်ကံစမ်းခွင့်မရှိပါ။
    ၈။ ဆုကိုလာရောက်ထုတ်ယူရန်၊ သက်ဆိုင်ရာကြေငြာမှုပြုလုပ်သောနေ့ရက်မှစ၍ တစ်လ အတွင်း မှတ်ပုံတင်မူရင်းနှင့်လူကိုယ်တိုင် MPT ရုံးချုပ်သို့ လာရောက်ထုတ်ယူရပါမည်။ အဆိုပါ လိုအပ်ချက်များနှင့်ကိုက်ညီမှုမရှိလျှင်ဆုကိုအခြားအကျုံးဝင်သင့်လျော်သောပါဝင်ယှဉ်ပြိုင်သူကို ပေးအပ်မည် ဖြစ်သည်။
    ၉။ ဆုအမျိုးအစားများနှင့်ကံစမ်းမဲပေါက်သူများကိုရွေးချယ်ရန်အပါအဝင်ပရိုမိုးရှင်းနှင့်ပတ်သတ် သောမည်သည့်အခြေအနေကိုမဆို BIG9Co., Ltd. နှင့် MPT တို့၏ဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်များကသာနောက်ဆုံးအတည်ဖြစ်သည်။နောက်ထပ်တောင်းဆိုမှုများ၊စုံစမ်းမှုများနှင့်အပေးအယူများကိုပြုလုပ်သွားမည်မဟုတ်ပါ။

    This page explains the terms by which you agree to abide by when participating in the “New Year Promotion” (“Promotion”). The Promotion can be accessed through services provided by Myanmar Posts and Telecommunications (“MPT”, “we”, “us”, “our”). The Promotion is operated by and provided to you by Contents Hub Co.,Ltd. By participating in the Promotion, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any other applicable rules, policies and terms associated therewith (collectively, the “Terms”). 
    The Terms are subject to change at any time. Your continued participation in the Promotion after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 
    1. The Promotion
     
    1.1 As mentioned above, the Promotion is fully operated by Crystal Shine Co.,Ltd. The scope of MPT’s involvement with the Promotion is limited to billing and subscription functions only, which will be further explained below. 
     
    1.2 All rights not expressly granted to you in the Terms are reserved and retained by us or our licensors, suppliers, publishers, rights holders, or other content providers. You may participate in the Promotion only as permitted by the Terms and by law; all other uses are strictly prohibited.
     
    1.3 MPT may permanently or temporarily terminate, suspend, or otherwise refuse to permit your access or participation in the Promotion as determined in MPT’s sole discretion, without notice and liability for any or no reason. In such event, you shall continue to be bound by the Terms to the extent necessary to fulfill surviving terms contained herein.
     
    1.4 Your participation in the Promotion is subject to scheduled and unscheduled service interruptions. You agree that MPT will not be liable to you or any third parties for any interruption of the Promotion, downtime (planned or unplanned) or access failure. 
     
    1.5 MPT shall have no liability for your use or misuse of the Promotion, any interactions you have with other users, or any other act or omission by you with regard to the Promotion. 
    2. Our Proprietary Rights
    Except as otherwise rightfully operated by Crystal Shine Co.,Ltd.or any other third party, as applicable, any MPT proprietary material related to the Promotion, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, illustrations, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music, and content (collectively, “Content”), and all intellectual property rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of MPT and its licensors, suppliers, publishers, rights holders, or other content providers. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in the Terms shall be deemed to create a license or right in or under any such intellectual property rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works from any materials or Content accessible on the Promotion.     3.1 The Promotion period is from 1st September  2019 to 31st December 2019 (“Promotion Period”).
     
    3.2 In order to participate in the Promotion, you must subscribe to the BIG9 service during the Promotion Period. 
    4. Eligibility
    4.1 The Promotion is intended solely for select MPT registered users (using a MPT SIM) who are at least sixteen (16) years of age.
     
    4.2 Any individual or organization working directly or indirectly with MPT or its affiliates, including their family and relatives, are not eligible to join the Promotion.
     
    5. Marketing and Promotion
    The participants agree and consent to MPT collecting, using, disclosing and sharing amongst themselves the Participants’ personal data, and disclosing such personal data to MPT’s authorized service providers and relevant third parties for purposes which are necessary or reasonably incidental to the Promotion, and to market, advertise and/or promote the goods or services of MPT, including without limitation using videos and/or images of the Participants for publicity purposes.
    6. Indemnity
    You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless MPT and its subsidiaries, joint operation partner, agents, managers, and other affiliated companies, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorneys’ fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Promotion, including any data or content transmitted or received by you; (ii) your violation of any term of the Terms, including without limitation your breach of any of the representations and warranties herein; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any right of privacy, publicity rights or intellectual property rights; (iv) your violation of any law, rule or regulation of the Union of Myanmar or any other country; (v) any claim or damages that arise as a result of any information submitted or received by you through the Promotion; or (vi) any other party’s access and use of the Promotion through your phone number (registered or unregistered), handset, or other device. 
    7. Disclaimers of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
     
    7.1 THE PROMOTION AND ALL INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS (INCLUDING SOFTWARE) AND OTHER SERVICES INCLUDED IN OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THEREIN ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. MPT MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION, OR THE INFORMATION, INCLUDING ITS ACCURACY, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS (INCLUDING SOFTWARE) OR OTHER SERVICES INCLUDED IN OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THE PROMOTION. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE PROMOTION IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
    7.2 MPT WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE PROMOTION, OR FROM ANY INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS (INCLUDING SOFTWARE) OR OTHER SERVICES INCLUDED IN OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THE PROMOTION, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, AND/OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

    7.4 TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, MPT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
     
    7.5 MPT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PROMOTION, INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS (INCLUDING SOFTWARE) OR OTHER SERVICES INCLUDED IN OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THEREIN, MPT SERVERS OR ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS SENT FROM MPT ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. 
     
    8. Third Party Content
    The Promotion may aggregate content obtained or provided by third parties, including Crystal Shine Co.,Ltd. (“Third Party Content”). As such, MPT is not responsible for such Third Party Content or any linked websites associated with Third Party Content. Reference to any information, products or services of third parties does not constitute or imply endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation by MPT. 
    9. General 
     
    9.1 The terms and conditions of any third party will apply to the prizes where applicable.
    9.2 The Terms are subject to MPT’s General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) which can be found at: http://mpt.com.mm/mm/about-home/terms-conditions-mm/. In the event of a conflict between the terms of these Terms and the GTC, the Terms shall prevail. 
    9.3 The Terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar and any regulation, notification, directive or instruction issued by a court or body of competent jurisdiction. 
     
    9.4 If any term, covenant or provision of the Terms is held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable by any court or body of competent jurisdiction or by virtue of any legislation to which it is subject, then the remainder of the Terms or the application of such term, covenant or provision to any person (other than those as to whom it is held invalid or unenforceable) shall not be affected thereby, and each provision of the Terms shall remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law. 
    BIG9 New Year Promotion Terms and Conditions

    1. Users can subscribe to the BIG 9 service using their MPT phone numbers.
    2. MPT registered users (using an MPT SIM) who are Myanmar citizens, at least 16 years old, and are BIG9 subscribers (new/existing) can participate in the Promotion.
     
    3. To be eligible, users have to successfully pay for the service at least 7 times within Promotion Period and must be an active user at the time of winner selection. 
    4. The Promotion period is from 1th September  2019 to 31 th December 2019 (“Promotion Period”). 
    5. Winners will be selected randomly by lucky draw at the end of the Promotion Period.  The prizes are as follows:

    6.   Winners will be announcing on 7 January  2020.

    8. To collect their prize, eligible winners must personally present their original NRC Card at the MPT head office within one month from the relevant announcement date.  Failure to comply with this requirement may result to awarding of the prize to another eligible participant.
    9. Crystal Shine Co. Ltd and MPT’s decision in relation to every aspect of the Promotion including but not limited to the type of Prize and the selection of winner shall be deemed final and conclusive under any circumstance. No further appeal, enquiry and/or correspondence will be entertained.
